An independent reference. Amber Almanac is not Stamps.com’s customer service team. The number above belongs to the company; we do not connect or forward calls.
This entry identifies how to approach Stamps.com using the available company-published routes. Remove addresses and scannable labels before sharing images publicly. The company’s own process governs the information you send after leaving this page.
Stamps.com publishes different contacts for consumers and small businesses versus multi-location organizations. The main number here is the consumer and small-business route. It reaches the postage-service provider, not the carrier transporting a parcel.
A reported delivery problem does not automatically establish refund eligibility.
The carrier’s tracking reference is different from a merchant’s order number.
Note the most recent tracking event before requesting an investigation.
